RESEP BANDENG PRESTO MUDAH by : Gerbera Orange
Bahan-bahan :
1.
Bandeng 3 kg atau lebih
2.
Kunyit, bawang putih, garam, merica, daun jeruk
Cara Memasaknya :
1.
Semua bandeng dicuci bersih (sisiknya dibiarkan
saja)
2.
Semua bumbu (kunyit, bawang putih, garam,
merica, daun jeruk) diuleg lembut
3.
Masukkan bandeng yang sudah dicuci ke dalam
panci presto, lalu diatur tumpuk-tumpuk secara rapi
4.
Masukkan bumbu yang sudah diuleg dengan air
diatas bandeng ± 2 ruas jari atau usahakan tenggelam
5.
Taruh presto diatas kompor dengan api diatas
medium (sedang)
6.
Tunggu ± 5 menit tombol presto bagian depan akan naik
7.
Setelah naik tombolnya, buat 1 jam (lebih
sedikit) lalu api dimatikan
8.
Buku tutup presto setelah tombol turun
